SRR 08 was a fruitful one though we didnt receive any medals..But i was glad we did it as one whole team.. :)
1st race was the guy.. we got 3rd placing n nvm.. we r proud..cause we r like 18 vs 20 guy?? n we only lose abt afew cm??.. hahaha
Ard noon, mixed team race started..
First was KBCC team "B" for National Championships 20 crew..
Lane 1: Sea Hawk Sports Club
Lane 2: ITE College East
Lane 3: KBCC Team "B"
Lane 4: Royal Bank of Scotland
Lane 5: Australian Chamber of Commerce Team "B"
We got first for this heats and with a timing of 01:31...
Second heats was KBCC Team "A"...
We got 3rd.. Timing of 01:28...haha
There was teams like NUS Alumni "A", NYJC "B" and "A", Sunday Dragons and us...
NYJC team A got 1st, sunday dragons second and us 3rd...
sun: PA invitational mixed 10 crew race!
We got 1st but was unfortunately got DQ-ed..Cos of some reasons... going in the wrong lane..haha..which is kind of sad la..but nvm :)
KBCC "B" went down to row with teams like SP, NYP and NJC alumni.. We got last but timing was infuriatingly close!! first placing got 01:56...
but at lease its ok :)
Cos at least we still are a team and we did it as one..
Let's grow stronger and keep the fighting spirit in us!Dragnix will reborn stronger and brighter as ever :D
